I am 4 weeks pregnant and have never been pregnant before but everyone is telling me about morning sickness and I noticed when I wake up I don’t feel well to my stomach but I don’t vomit I end up having diarrhea and then feeling fine. Can that still be morning sickness?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my stomach is very bloated. I also have indigestion which makes me feel like having to burp constantly. A small or big burp would relieve me for a while but then I would feel like I need to do it again. anyone else experience this and what helped you?
Fatigued; sleepy; stomach rumbling and nasuea; diarrhea and non stop of it any help would greatly appreciate it to diagnose it and maybe find home remedies for it thank you
I’m 20 years old and found out a couple of weeks ago that I’m pregnant and. I wanted to know is diarrhea common for pregnancy. And can you sleep on your stomach when you 6 weeks pregnant sorry for all the question my first baby.
Im a little over three months pregnant and sometimes not often i get a dull pain in my stomach and lower stomach. Not like cramps but just a pain. I hear its common, has anyone else expirienced this? Ive never bled either so i dont think its a miscarriage. Also i get really bad back pain, sometimes i dont even like to walk and i cant even lay down unless its on a comfy bed. Help please?
Sorry to be gross but i recently started drinking just water. I use to drink sugary drinks and never drank water. Then in the middle of the night i had pains in my stomach and went to the bathroom. And it hasn’t stopped been almost a week. Could this cause diarrhea because my body might have to adapt to going with out the sugary drinks and just drinking water?
I don’t have appendicitis, doesn’t run in my family and already had that checked, so I’m puzzled. Its been there for a good 4 months now. It’s dull, and only gets worse if I eat sugary foods. The pain used to be lower then that but moved up a little. It almost feels like a whole is in my stomach.
I’m slim & toned everywhere else, but recently I’ve noticed my stomach is fatter/bigger… I don’t understand.
If the woman is small, had a lump on her stomach and had pain in all 4 quadrants of her abdomin.
I’m only 16 and I volunteer as a youth squader at an ambulance corps. I was just asking.
I’m in a public bathroom having explosive diarrhea. Thank god for my iPhone, huh? It’s very crowded and I had to push two small children out of my way to make it to this glorious porcelain miracle in time.
The thing is, it’s not stopping. It’s really quite worrying, do I rub my stomach or what?
