Has anyone else experienced menstrual cramps when lying down to sleep which subside upon sitting up?
I always have bad cramping, but lately i wake up in the middle of the night with particularly bad cramps which subside after i sit all the way up or get up and walk around. Has anyone else had this? If so- did you ever find out what caused this? I’ve been told i may have endometriosis.
My baby almost chokes on the acid coming up and I am scared to lay him flat but he scoots down his sleep posiitoner and does not sleep on tummy well, would the swing be a safe option for now

Sometimes, after I eat a big meal, I accidentally fall asleep, whether it’s in bed, on the couch, etc.
Well, once I wake up from said nap, I sometimes get a stomachache. Sometimes they’re not so bad, and sometimes they’re pretty annoying.
Since I have IBS, I’m used to stomach aches, but is that what’s causing the after-nap stomachaches? Or is it something else? And what can I do to stop or at least decrease the occurences?
My daughter is 8 days old and has been only comfortable sleeping in her swing. We never turn it on, even during the day. But the reflux upsets her when she lies down. Is this safe? My son slept a lot in his infant seat for the same reason.
Lately I’ve been getting acid reflux during my sleep and I wake up with a lot of throat irritation. How many hours should I wait to go to bed after I eat? Is there anything I can do to stop it? I have callbacks for a show at my school soon and the irritation in my throat is causing a problem.
