Safe technique for pregnancy to get off the floor or out of bed to prevent or lessen the severity of diastasis recti (abdominal separation) back pain and pelvic instability.

I find it extremely difficult to eat even anything at the moment as I feel almost 24/7 that I could pop cause I am so bloated. I am 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant. They say to eat 6 smaller meals rather than 3 big 1s. What would you say smaller meals are? Can anyone give me a list of what some smaller meals would be?

I am underweight but slowly gaining weight so keep that in mind, I can’t eat a lot at the moment unfortunately

a friend of mine is nine months pregnant and may be in labor. She hasnt had a bowel movement in nine days. How bad is that and what should she do?

my friend has severe breast tenderness and severe bloating her period isn’t due till a week from now?

Is 3 weeks 3 days to early? I’m not sure if I’m pregnant yet just hoping.

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and i was born with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) Now that i’m pregnant it’s 5 times worse and i can go a week and a half without going and i feel pain and pressure in my bowels and was concerned if that pressure from my bowels expanding would be pushing on the baby or stressing it. I’m very scared, nothing helps me go (suppositories, enema, prune juice, water, etc..) except laxatives and i’ve learned not to take those anymore. Should i be worried that this is putting effect on my unborn baby? How can i explain this to my doctor on wed. sep 28th, 2011? Please help!
FEEDBACK:

Thank you guys so much! I even apologize to the baby everyday “Mommy’s sorry” sounds crazy, but i do. I feel so bad for the both of us. It’s been two weeks now and i’m worried. No wonder i’ve been so nauseated. Poor little thing just wants nutrition. Doctors appointment today, wish me luck!

I’m 27 weeks, and I’ve been very constipated the last few days, I haven’t had a normal bowl movement in days, What are some natural ways to relieve this problem? I do not want to have to take any kind of laxative or anything of the sort, I’ve been eating fiber brownies but they haven’t seem to be helping, and I have horrible gas pains, any suggestions?
