Hey guy! So most women I talk to only take a daily prenatal, and they arent told that they could be taking more to guarantee they get everything they need. Here is all of the stuff I take during my pregnancy. I forgot to mention I also try to have a protein shake every day, with about 30g of protein in it. I also have a packet of Emergen-C with 1000 mg of vitamin c in it daily, (mixed with cranberry juice).
