Is it through the bloodstream? If yes, do they bind with your plasma cells or red blood cells or something? And what about carbs what happens with them after they are digested. Thanks

In this you should first sit in Sukhasana (or the easy squat pose). Then exhale completely while pulling the abdomen in. While holding the breath in this position flap your abdomen in and out 20 times. This makes one round. PROCEDURE! Either Sit in Sukhasana (or the easy squat pose). Or u can also do while standing bend slightly forward from the waist while keeping the back straight. Take support by resting your hands on your knees or just above so that the back is not strained. Please make sure the arms are straight. Now, breathe in deeply. After this, exhale fully contracting the abdomen and lugs so that all the air is expelled. While holding breath in this position, contract or ‘flap’ your abdominal muscles in and out. Note that this should be done rapidly while holding the exhaled position WITHOUT inhaling. Basically I was excercising and doing sit-ups and it really made my muscles in my stomach ache after, but now I got belly aches and got diarrhoea.. Is it because of that or is it unrelated?
I am wondering because I can feel this weird muscle sort of thing moving in my belly and it was the same thing that happened for like 5 seconds when I was doing sit ups
I have been on a new workout routine that really focuses a lot on cardio. I usually do it two days in a row then rest one day. I was day number two for the week doing pushups when all of the sudden the muscles in my lower right abdominal region felt like they were on fire(not the normal burn from working out, this was actual searing pain),any suggestions on what this might be?? I decided to skip today’s workout to hopefully let my muscles recover….could I have pulled it?

For carbs, make sure to eat small portions through out the day. As per indigestion and constipation, consume adequate amounts of fibre and a probiotic for gut health. I started to work out 2 hours and thirty minutes ago. My workout ended an hour and 10 minutes ago. Right after i drank a power shake. About 2 minutes ago i had diarrhea (power shake must have been the cause. it was milk instead of water and its hard for me to take that much milk in such a short time.). Does that mean the protein / carbs / calories etc, won’t go to my muscles?
Periodically, my stomach fills up with air and gets bloated. I instantly feel a bad feeling in my head and my vision blurs. I feel as though I’m going to faint or blackout.
My blood pressure spikes upward and I feel like I’m about to lose consciouness. I notice involuntary trembling (a little tingly feeling) in my limbs. This trembling (tingly feeling) started on the right side of my body, but is now on both sides. This tingling/trembling is not so much in my feet, but I can now feel it in my muscles, my back as well now.
I notice that I get tired easily. I do feel a little relief when I am able to belch/burp. Doctors aren’t sure yet what I have. Has anyone ever felt this way? Have doctors come up with a correct diagnosis?
Thanks for any help or input.
I’ve been having upper left abdominal pain for like 8 months and today my dr said that there aren’t any organs or anything in the spot where I am having pain and that it is probably just my fat pulling on the muscles that is causing inflammation and that is why I am hurting.
I have never heard of such a thing in my life. Have you?
[Yes I've posted this question before but I think in the wrong category]
I have a fairly flat stomach, but every time after I eat, my stomach bloats up and gives me a small pot belly. Then it reduces again with time and when I’m hungry again my tummy is flat again. It doesn’t hurt or anything, it’s just bloody annoying.
[Background]
I have a spastic colon.
I’m not allergic to anything that I know of.
When I was younger I did a lot more exercise so I used to have a flat tight stomach. But these muscles aren’t tight anymore due to me being lazy.
This happens WHENEVER and WHATEVER I eat. Not just certain foods. Nor does it matter how much I eat, although the more I eat, the more bloated.
If someone could please explain the theory behind this, why does it happen. And then a possible solution?
Thanks
