I remember seeing an ad on television about two people that went on vacation together, the woman took this medication/supplement and the guy did not. The woman was out enjoying the beach and nightlife, while the man was miserable (diarrhea,vomitting perhaps). It was not imodium, pepto nor kaopectate. What is the medicine/supplement called???

I’m a 25-year-old male. I very often get bloated after eating. I my stomach gets big like a balloon, and it really hurts sometimes. I’m not fat, I’m a size 31 pants, but I wear a lot of 34 size pants and a belt. When I’m not bloated I need to tighten up my belt so my size 34 pants don’t sag. But when I’m bloated, even the size 34 pants feel tight. Some friends tell me that happens to me because I don’t know how to burp, but I doubt that has much to do with it. I’ve found out the best way to avoid it is NOT to eat anything before noon, if I do I’ll get bloated for hours. I’ve also found out I can eat anything at night, and not get bloated. But either way I want to know:

What medicine can I take before or after eating, so I don’t get bloated?

Does anyone have a good home remedy for dogs and cats that have diarrhea?
I am looking for something other than food. I won’t feed my animals ‘people’ food because in the past THAT has given them diarrhea. I need to know of some type of medicine.
And by medicine I mean like a home rememdy medicine.
The reason I want a home remedy is because I don’t want to take them to the vet.

my poor kitty have diarrhea and i have no idea how to treat diarrhea for the cats…can somebody give me some suggestion? medicine? home remedies? =/

My b/f thinks that it is better to let himself have the "runs" so that he can flush out any toxins in his system. He wont take an anti diarrhea medicine, because he feels it will make it worse..He is drinking lots of fluids as to not get dehyrated(?)..But I dont think he is doing right..

HI, i have just recently got an 8 week old pappilion from a local pet store, he did fine his first day he was here the next day my brother got a 4 month old beagle, after we got the beagle gismo(pappilion) got the diarrhea and isnt going to the vet until wednesday. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!
we tryed giving him rice for a day and not giving him food for 12 hours(since he is little)

we also gave him pedialite but he didnt drink it

every time we try to give him medicine he spits it in your face.

we did not give him different dog food
we also tryed giving him gatorade but he doesnt like and we are giving him this nutripal puppy stuff to keep his sugar level normal

My two year old daughter has diarrhea and a mild fever. I’ve brought her to doctor and doctor said it was probably caused by some virus infection, and that i should not be too worried yet.
She will pass very runny stool very often. She told me her stomach was painful just now. I’ve already given her medicine. What more can I do to comfort her? I’m worried and upset seeing her like this. When she sleeps she’ll have diarrhea even while she tries to sleep, how often should I wake her up to change her?

i got diarrhea on thursday morning, and now it is saturday morning. i guess i was eating too much junk. so, by any chance do you know when it will end???? Today is the 4th of july and i am supposed to be going over to my neighbors house at 1:30. and if you dont think it will stop today, do you know any home remedies to help get it away? i mean, i am not going to get any medicine for this matter. so please help me!

My son has been having stomach problems since April. He had been to the same hospital several times for the problem. 3 times by squad. The pain was unbarable. He had the same tests done everytime. He had CAT scans, x-rays, colonoscopy, you name it he had it. They have treated him for irritable bowel syndrom, spastic colon, H-pylori, even thought he had chrons decease. The last visit to the hospital they said he had a blockage and they were just not going to feed him until it worked itself out. The pain was untolarable. He was also sepsis. They decided to cut back on his pain medicines to help him have a bowel movement. Nothing happened. He was just in horrible pain. After laying there for 13 days, no food, dying of pain they decided to do exploritory surgery. When they got in there he had a ruptured meckel’s diverticulium and a paracolic abscess. I been told that if the abscess would have busted he would have died. He was already really sick. Is this a malpractice case?
Let me add also, my son is 23 and now has an temp. ileostomy and had to have a very large open would due to the fact there was so much infection they could not even close the wound. Halfway through his hospital stay he had a horrible nurse that got his medicince changed. They gave him a anxity medicine that made him so delusional he checked himself out of the hospital he he was so sick and out of it they found him naked on the bathroom floor in the emergency room. He was readmitted to a different floor.
