my cat has been pooping in the same spot now for a few days, she did this also in my old apartment. could it be ibs? if so do cats with ibs poop in the same spot over and over… plus she pukes in the same spot… does any of this have to do with ibs?

They ate grapes and pears a few days ago, and ever since then they’ve both had the most foul smelling yellow diarrhea. They both had a fever the morning after they ate the pears, but it went away quickly and otherwise they act normal (not sick).

My mother in law says they just got cold, but I’m afraid it might be a bacteria or parasite. Anyone have any similiar experience?

My 3 month old has started teething, and now has had very bad diarrhea for the past few days. Any suggestions on what she can have to help?

The selection of foods I can eat is becoming smaller and smaller. It has gotten so bad, that I will sometimes fast a few days to avoid later consequences, or just to give my stomach time to settle down. What is the longest you’ve gone without eating just because you wanted to avoid IBS flair ups? Water only? Each time I’ve visit the Gastrointernest, he just tells me to avoid certain foods and stress. I’m also wondering if I have an allergy to certain foods.

I am "family diagnosed" with IBS. (About half my family has it, and they tell me that I do as well with the symptoms I have.) I’m having a particularly bad bout the last few days. What do you eat to keep your stomach from going too haywire? How do you deal with the pain? What medicines, if any, help?

What is the best thing to take/do for bloating during your menstrual cycle. Does Midol work, is there something better? Please give me your personal experience and what has worked best for you. Also, I’m usually bloated the week before my period starts and then during the first half of my period but the last few days and the following week I’m skinnier than usal (if that makes sense) is that normal?
