I eat a normal diet, a little to much junk food. About 3 days ago i have been having trouble with constipation, I have not gone is about 3 days. What should i do, and what are some ways i can help with this problem. And what types of food should i eat to help.

My grandfather is about 80 something years old and he often gets constipated…his upper left side of his belly is tender to touch most likely because of the constipation hes tried prescribed medications but just make other things worse so does anyone know any teas, or special diets ?
I cannot stress enough that pineapple juice will cure diarrhea and even constipation in rabbits. My rabbit doesn’t like pineapple juice but loves banannas, so I would just put some juice on top of a couple of slices of bananna and within a week or so he was perfect…no more sticky bum. And he’s so happy too! (I hope my experience helps other bunnies!)
I’ve gone to the doctor and they took blood work to see if I have an infection in my digestive system. I called the doctors office to ask for my results as they asked me to do but they kept putting me on hold and then said my doctor was going to call me back but he never did which really angers me because I called him 3 times!
It’s been going on and off for 6 months
I started working a physically demanding job in a fast paced, hot and humid cafeteria kitchen. I’ve been sweating excessively and constantly throughout my entire 8 hr shift. Every day since then, I’ve been experiencing some constipation and hard stools.
I do know that the colon pulls water from the waste. Maybe it’s trying to overcompensate with the additional sweating.
My period is now 2 weeks late, although my periods are often EXTREMELY irregular. I had usual period symptoms such as headaches and cramping a couple of weeks ago, but nothing. Now I have horrible constipation. Are these just signs of my period coming or should I worry?

I got some Benefiber, I’m hoping that’ll work, but i feel like CRAP (ironically enough). Any advice you can give would be much appreciated. (I don’t want to use laxatives because those make me feel worse than the constipation).
My mom has been using Metamucil, she constantly eats fiber, and she’s using Polyethylene Glycol 3350. However, she continues to have constipation regardless of what she’s been doing.
Would you recommend Chinese Tea “Dieters Drink”?

I’m doing a little survey on skinny teens. It’s about constipation leads to skinnyness. I have a little theory here: When a person has his bowels not released for a long amount of time (severe constipation, the liver is blocked in absorbing nutrients from the food fence skinnyness. Can anyone give their comments?
Doctor said Calcium Citrate is no good so what Calcium supplement doesn’t give constipation and acid reflux at the same time? Thanks.
