My grandmother has told me this, “don’t worry, it’ll make you sick”

One of my friends…passed away…last week and I have been under intense stress. He was only 14, and everyone around me (including myself) have been very upset. Since my period was supposed to come last Saturday, but it didn’t and it hasn’t come yet. In addition to this, my stomach feels bruised. Not typical period cramps, but like someone punched me in the stomach or something and it hurts inside. Does anyone know if this is normal because of stress or if it is something else… Thanks!

So I’ve been on Zoloft for maybe 3-4 weeks. And lately I stopped it, for no reason, I took it very off and on. Yesterday I started getting a horrible stomach ache and now its still here going into my back my chest and under my rib cages. I’m 14 and really worried it also feels burny every now and then. I took Tylenol and it helped. Could it be from not taking Zoloft? I also did have lots of junk food yesterday. It feels like its inflamed.

I have a friend who has something wrong but with no insurance, he can get no help. While we both know he should be going to a doctor, they just won’t help. So I was just wondering what diseases/disorders could cause a young man to sometimes have bowel issues. It isn’t all the time, but it seems like a serious issue to me and I have no idea where to even start with trying to help him (possible diet changes, etc). It started about 6 months ago so it isn’t some passing illness.

I always heard dont put cheese in tuna sandwiches.. i am guessing because it is dairy. Now I am thinking of trying yogurt instead of light miracle whip to be healthier, but is this a bad combo?

Im not pregant just had period. But I been getting nausea alot lately im not sick or preganant. I do have IBS,GERD,ANXIETY,PANIC ATTACKS,EMTEPHOBIA. Can these cause nausea to occur often and apetite loss?? Also stomach cramping.. AGain I know Im not SICK NOR PREGNANT. Just got off my period.. Thank.
