I am bloated ALL of the time. My doctors did some tests on me and it came up that I have GERD. They said that this could very well be the cause of my bloating. I’ve tried 2 different medications (neither of them worked for the bloating part) and stopped all use of salt. I’ve also ruled out food allergies.
Anybody else have GERD with the same problem? How do you relieve the bloating?
I already have had issued with my bowel functions…I tend to be unable to go for long periods of time. It causes cramping, bloating and a following over consumption of laxatives, diuretics, or diet pills…to try to rid the waste. I used to have an eating disorder, had it for many years (14 in fact…this is my 14th, but it is not as bad as it used to be). I started taking Alli lately, because I am weighing in the high 120′s (5.41/2) and I can not stand it. It appears as though I have been losing weight since taking it; however at the same time, I am having none of the symptoms described on the bottle. I am instead becoming cramped and bloated, perhaps a slight increase in bowel functions, but since I rarely have one anyways, it is pretty much just an average, everyday function. So…it is working, and if so, how?

I have a good friend with no insurance who won’t go to the doctor, and I was wondering if anyone had input or a site where I could find input for her? Yes, I realize she should go to the doctor, but you can’t make someone do something, so this was what I could offer. Any help would be much appreciated.
I ate a lot of carbs, esp. processes flour and feel really bloated.. Is there anything I can do/take to help the food pass faster or burn up some of these calories?.. I feel really gross..
