I have a get together in 4 days…I know it’s unrealistic to lose weight in that amount of time, but if I can eliminate some of my tummy bloating I want to…what foods do you suggest I eat in these next 4 days…any other advice that may help will also be appreciated.

We’ve fed our dogs on Wagg Complete Worker for years now. And I read on a website that citric acid can cause bloating. In one of the ingredients it said citric extract. Does that count? It also said don’t feed them on dry food all the time, we’ve been feeding them dry food for years. And it also said that a dog that eats quickly can get it, she was. Confused on what causes it.

I have been living in Shanghai for the past 6 months and have grown fairly accustomed to the foods here, however, lately every time I eat, especially if it is fruit or something relatively healthy, I get extremely bloated to the point of pain. The bubble will stay with me for a 1-2 days and the only way to get rid of it is to eat less or not at all. Is there any way to get rid of the gas and bloating or what is causing it?

So here is the deal.When I’m on creatine cycle I can clearly notice water bloating under my skin which actually gives me a good amount of strength.But the problem is my face would become extremely bloated.And for some reasons that I don’t understand I have lots of hard muscles mostly on my jaw and chin and when I do a creatine cycle I couldn’t stand the looks in the mirror.Guys any ideas?
