I have two jobs and attend college. I barely have time for myself. This month I need to go shopping for winter clothes and the only time I managed to have off I will be bkloated because of my period. I would like to go shopping and not bee bloated because it may affect my choices and sizing. Will diuretics help reduce that bloating? Is there any you recommend over the counter? Or is there any other solution?
So i have the stoamch flu and for the past day, I have been really full of gas but I cant get it out, I have lower right abdominal pain when i move or push in. Do I have appendicitis?

Lately ive been having pretty bad stomach aches and severe bloating after eating anything. I have a history of ibs (irritable bowl syndrome) but i usually just have to eat certain foods in moderation. now if i eat or drink anything other than water my stomach bloats severely and i have pretty intense pain. Can anyone suggest something? Ive had a colonoscopy, upper gi exam and ive seen a gi doctor.
