I never had sex, I am not on any birth control bills. I have brown discharge like Diarrhea coming out of the vagina liquid. Is this an infection. Do I have to be concerned about this to I have to rush to make a gyno appointment or is this just a clean out from my period that I had 2 weeks ago.

When you have diarrhea does it cancel out birth control, or has it already been absorbed in your system? thanks.

I just started taking birth control 2 1/2 months ago. I have had abdominal pain 1 month after taking it. On the 2 1/2 month later I quit and I still have abdominal pain. I took a pregnancy test, but I don’t think its accurate until the day of my missed period. It was negative. Is this normal, because birth control pills seem to be making my life miserable.
I am taking Sprintec

When you have diarrhea does it cancel out birth control, or has it already been absorbed in your system? i know that throwing up after you take it can cancel it out but wondering about when you have diarrhea. Thanks.

so i haven’t had my period in 5 months. not pregnant. i was switching over birth control pills, and the doctor said, next time you get your period start the new pills. well… i never got it again.

i’m an avid exerciser. 6-7 days a week. hour and 15 mins of cardio plus 20 mins of weights. 5’7, normaly 112lbs. well i finally got to the doctor and i started the pills. i’m supposed to get my period next week, plus i’ve been sick and not been able to workout as much the past 5 days. i’ve gained about 6 lbs. could this all be due to bloating from PMS or have i just gained a bunch of weight from eating like crap (since im sick, all soup and ice cream, with sore throat) when im normally a clean eater and only take in about 1450 cals a day??

anyone??
i just read that the whole birth control = weight gain is a myth. there was a scientific study i just read about, plus i’ve gone on the pill before, just a different kind.

Ladies,

Do you notice bloating in your tummy, or all over from your ankles to your cheeks like I do?

Being bloated is a new experience for me, since going on birth control. So I want to know what the average experience is.

What do you do to deal with it? I’ve heard drinking lots of water is good. What things are particularly bad?

I just began taking birth control a little less then a week ago and I am experiencing awful nausea and bloating. Is this a side effect that will eventually subside?

I am nineteen and during every period I have blood clots. Usually they are kinda small but some periods I have gotten really big ones. Sometimes as big as oranges. I suffer really bad cramps and stay on the heating pad as much as possible. Before I was on birth control my cramps would make me throw up. Also, I get diarrhea every period. I go to the bathroom more than usual, but I’ve heard that during menstruation you have more bowel movements. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

Right after I take my birth control pill I start having lower abdominal pain. I read the side-effects and whatnot recently, so I’m wondering whether it’s real pain or just paranoia? Has anybody been having effects like this?
Oh, yes, and that’s the other thing-I’m not sexually active, so I can’t be pregnant. I’m taking birth control to regulate my periods.
Last thing-it doesn’t last for very long, maybe ten minutes at most. And it’s not very strong. And it only happens immediately after taking the pill.

I’m on birth control pills and I started just over a week ago. I also have digestive problems which cause me to become bloated every now and again. I’m not sure which thing I can attribute my current bloating to, all I know is that I’m uncomfortable. Aside from drinking a lot of clear water, and avoiding excess salt, is there anything else I can to do alievate at least some of the bloating? Is there perhaps something I could take? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
