Sick…….. Serious answers PLEASE?
I have been really sick for about a month, my stomach had been hurting really bad, I had been throwing up, had really bad diahrrea. Well my doctor concluded it was my Gall Bladder so I had it removed. It was attached to something. That was Wednesday the 7th. On Monday of this week I started to get really sick again. My stomach was so bad that I was curled up in a ball crying, I couldn’t move & I would get really sick if I had anything to eat or drink. I called my surgeon & couldn’t get ahold of him. Tuesday I felt a little better & actually managed to get ahold of my doctor & set up an appointment for yesterday (Thursday). I woke up yesterday & was in so much pain, it was worse than it has ever been so my doc decided that it was either Dumping Syndrome, an Ulcer, or Spastic Colon Well the scope he did today & the ultrasound & blood work showed nothing. So he is talking about having a doctor look at my sphinter (SP).
What did he rule out with the tests & scope? & Any ideas what it is?
My doctor is a spaz && doesn’t explain things very well.
Have you had a stool sample tested? With those symptoms, I would wonder if you should be checked for colitis, which is an infection of the colon. A stool sample should also check for parasites.
Probably what they were screening for with the blood test, scope and ultrasound would include a systemic infection of some sort, growths, ulcers, cancer, perforations or twists in your bowel, and possibly things like celiac disease–you’ll have to ask your doctor exactly what they were testing for, or request a copy of the test results to find out exactly.

If he scoped you, he would have seen any ulcer/active bleeding. So, if he didn’t tell you you had this, then it should have been ruled out.
U/S would rule out bleed/collection of fluid or blood around the area of your gallbladder (x-gallbladder)
Blood work- he probably checked your hemoglobin (rule out blled) and WBC for infection.
Why isn’t your doctor telling you this, anyway? These are just basic answers.

It sounds to me like a cyst on your ovary, or something to do with your uterus. Try asking your doctor about that.
You may have referred pain…So like if your tooth hurts, your big to can feel pretty bad too. This is because the nerves which connect to your brain stem and enter the brain can cross here. So even you’re hurting there, you could be hurting somewhere else.
