I started having intensely sharp pains in the center of my lower abdomen below the navel on Sunday night, and throughout yesterday and today, the pain has persisted, usually with a bout of diarrhea almost every hour. My girlfriend gets stomach pain after we have sex. It goes from just below her belly button up around and straight up just below where the rib cage starts. She also always gets these butt cramp.
