Have you always had this pain, has it ever been relieved by anything? And have you had a coloscopy to be checked for IBD? Right sided pain is very characteristic of IBD… anyways the only thing I would recommend is just changing your diet. If the pain is really bad – a BRAT diet is good (banana, rice, applesauce, and toast).
