What Is The Best Fiber Supplement For Both Constipation And Diarrhea?
2 doctors have told me i have ibs im not sure of that but im going with it for now until i can see a gi..in the morning and afternoon i have diarrhea at night im usually constipated what fiber supplement is best to treat both of these and what dosage should i take for the one you chose?
I have a friend who had a similar problem and he solved it with good old metamucil from the local pharmacy.
