What causes a person to have stomachache diarrhea, a burp that smells like rotten eggs.?
its not really bad diarrhea, its jus the stools are very watery and light, and its not a big burp but one of the small ones you get from time to time. It smells like rotten eggs to me at least it does. i was told it can be indigestion.
The food that you ate was probably spoiled or Your body could have rejected a ingredient used in the food and tried to get rid of it.
