No, it cannot. If you’re seeing worms in your stool they probably were there already but you weren’t able to see them because your stool was solid.

worms wont just miraculously appear in your stool. You would have had to be exposed to the larva or ingested an egg. If youre scared that you have worms… Tapeworms leave rice-like segments in your stool, and pinworms can make your rear itchy and may appear in your stool as very thin white strands.
