Is it common for Bisacodyl tablets (used in colonoscopy prep) to cause intestinal cramps/spasms?
The cramps were about 75% relieved by a bowel movement, but still there. Is this common for a stimulant laxative?

It is very common to have cramps after stimulant laxatives. The cramps should go away after several hours.
