Is a colonoscopy an act of homosexuality?
The bible says that nothing may be inserted into the rectum of a male or you will be found guilty of sodomy and homosexuality. Is this true?

Without getting into the argument of where the words in the bible originated, let’s say man has transcribed and translated the bible to his best interpretation over the millenniums. I believe it was originally written in Arametic and later translated into Hebrew and Greek. There have been numerous interpretations of what the ancient languages said and scholars argue over the meaning of words.
Since the first recording of the bible stories religious men have tried suppress any sexual activities that would not lead to procreation and strengthing of the tribe or religion.
The religious men who recorded the bible; never invisioned that men would be able to cure diseases like we do today. Realizing the original intent of the procreation was to strengthen the tribes so that they could survive.
There is the story of the old religious woman who was told about the flood water rising; but, stayed in her home because she prayed for help. As the waters rose, a boat came to her 2 floor window to save her. She shouted to them, "I am staying God will save me" and continued to pray. Later she was on the roof of her house and the helicopter flew in with a basket to rescue her and she shouted, "I am fine God will save me". With that the water rose further and swept her away. In heaven, she saw God and said "Lord, I prayed for you to save me and yet you let me drown." God replied, "I sent you a truck, a boat and a helicopter and you chose not to accept my help".
It’s up to each of us to decide whether to accept God’s help? If you believe a colonoscopy is somehow an act of sodomy, then your faith will hopefully save you from colon cancer. I wouldn’t want to be hearing "You chose not to accept my help".
