How long is the recovery for a colonoscopy?
My mother is getting the procedure. She wants to be out for it so she doesn’t feel it. Will she feel drowsy all day or will is wear off in a few hours? Any experience tips?

They should put her out automatically, but it’s fine for her to make sure beforehand.
Afterwords they insist that someone else drives her home, but she’ll be fine in a couple hours.

only thing is u fart after it–u will be tired for a hour after. good luck-
She should b ok in a few hours after the procedure ok. If she is not sure ask the person who is doing the procedure.
