I have been newly diagnosed. Can this condition ever be cured? How do you manage diarrhea- if you suffer from it. Any help and advice would be very welcome.

I had a cramp last night and want to know how soon will it be before my period comes? Has anyone been through this to know? I know we all are different but I just want to know the average time before a period starts when you start feeling cramps.

I am 23 years old and I have suffered from IBS with constipation my entire life. My doctor keeps telling me to eat more fiber, but I already eat several servings each of fruits and veggies and whole grains every day. I drink more than 10 glasses of water per day. I avoid refined flour and sugar. I don’t eat meat and recently I gave up dairy. Magnesium doesn’t help and neither does Psyllium Husk. I have never used laxatives and don’t want to. Please help! I’m miserable.

Im a 19 year old girl and for the past two days ive had a dull ache right deep down in my abdomen slightly to the left. It seems to be around my fallopian tube area. It aches more when i walk and my stomach is swollen.

I thought that most GI-affecting bugs usually don’t cause a fever. Am I wrong?

What might I have and what should I do about it? Stomach ache and nausea, for 48 hours, but no vomiting or diarrhea as of yet. Low-to-moderate fever for 18 hours, ranging about 1 to 2 degree Fahrenheit above my normal temp.

she will be fine for anywhere between 2 min to an hour, she says her stomach feels sour then fine then sour then hurts a ton right about where her stomach is, just below the ribs. any ideas? I can’t convince her to go to the doctors.
