i’m 5’3 and 122 Ibs . I’m thinking about eating only 500 calories a day for the two weeks and drinking water only. I’m trying mostly for my thighs and chubby cheeks.

I am too scared to go to school either having my stomache gurgling and having to go to the bathroom a lot. I get very anxious and these problems including bloating, gas, unable to fully pass stools. I have had the problem of not being able to fully pass stools/ or having to go many times in the morning for a year or two it has gotten worse because now i am having difficulty going. It seriously has turned my life upside down.
I also have abdominal pain bloating and gas.

Lately when I eat anything greasy, spicy or full of caffeine I end up so sick I have terrible stomach aches accompanied by horrific cramps and vomiting. I am going to obviously avoid foods such as lots of soda, spicy foods and greasy foods but should this be something that I visit the doctor about or is it something that sounds like it can be handled via a diet change?

I can’t see a doctor to get any possible medication until January, and next month during my Winter break I was to visit my father. I already have problems just going to work or out with friends because of my problem, how can I get to the airport and deal with it for my flight?
