Just wondering because I really dont know what it feels like, I love spicy foods, especially now. Some friends told me I shouldnt eat it because of the heartburn. But I dont think I have had that problem yet.

I almost never get heartburn. The only food in the world that will consistently give me heartburn every time all the time is oatmeal. I stopped eating it years ago when I found it was the culprit. I even tried it without sugar, cinnamon, or any additives.

Yep, straight up plain oatmeal even only 1/4 of a cup, will give me fierce heartburn.

Why is this? No other food causes this, not one, no meat, fruit or any other grain will cause heartburn.

I have a bad case of heartburn right now and my prevacid gives me really bad side effects. is there any other way to stop my heartburn?

The heartburn has been gone since lastnight, but when I swallow liquid, i can feel like something’s stuck in the middle of my chest. It’s not really painful, but more uncomfortable. Also, today when I woke up I had a sore throat. I coughed up some phlegm while brushing my teeth, but that was about it.

I am trying to cut out meat so I bought these boca burgers. They are really good but now I have horrible heartburn. Is there a certian way to cook them or is it because I added cheese. I am cutting out meat to aviod heart burn. Any suggestions.
