I believe my 11 year old dog, Murphy, is suffering from heartburn. Through out the day, he acts as if he has something bad tasting in his mouth, and has recently begun vomiting a clear bit of liquid, usually with one or two pieces of kibble in it. He’s only done it once a day for several days now.
It just seems to me that it could be heartburn. Is there anything I can do for him at home to alleviate the discomfort he is going through?
I’m 30 weeks pregnant with my first and having really, really bad heartburn to the point where I’ve almost thrown up a couple of times. Any advice on what to eat/ not eat to avoid this? I’ve had my gallbladder removed as well and I don’t know if it could be affecting the remedies I’ve already tried? Any real advice is well appreciated.

I’ve been getting really bad heartburn lately. So far today I’ve probably gotten it ten times. I’ve only been up since nine. My dad gets really bad heartburn, so I’m not sure if it’s hereditary or what. It’s really irritating, and the taste I get in my mouth is disgusting. I eat the same as I always have, and I’m pretty healthy. I’m thirteen, by the way.
