I recently was told that I have GERD and I have been reading that you cannot have chocolate. But I am gonna go insane without it. There must be some chocolate that I can have! Does anyone know of a chocolate that you can have if you have GERD?????

14 years ago I was diagnosed with GERD; I was approximately 7. A tube was shoved down my nose and left in there overnight. I’m hoping to find out the name of this procedure, because I need my medical records. I’ve searched google and the only procedure i could find is a endoscopy, but that’s a tube in the throat for a matter of minutes.
I have servere gerd, I mainly eat microwaveable foods.. Do those worsen gerd???
I DONT drink soda or coffee…
I drink poweraid,gatoraide,water or propels…..
I eat tv dinners… anything that goes in microwave…
Are those safe?
What foods should I start eating and drinking to help control my gerd and lesson the symptoms?
I know people that receive where approved for these reasons!
i’ve heard orange peel oil works, but can the capsules work as well? has anyone ever had both orange oil and capsules and does it make a difference either way?
I’ve been out of work for two years because this has made me unable to work, my blood pressure is uncontrollable and has been like this for the past 2 1/2 years, I’m on so much medication and my doctor keeps changing it because it seems like nothing is working.
I just found out I have it and I believe it may be chronic considering the symptoms I’ve had in the past. I also salivate way too much and its becoming irritating, I’ve always believed myself to be healthy but maybe not as I thought. Real, helpful answers please no ignorant, childish foolishness please
Im not pregant just had period. But I been getting nausea alot lately im not sick or preganant. I do have IBS,GERD,ANXIETY,PANIC ATTACKS,EMTEPHOBIA. Can these cause nausea to occur often and apetite loss?? Also stomach cramping.. AGain I know Im not SICK NOR PREGNANT. Just got off my period.. Thank.
