Does anyone know of any food or product (drug or food) that will expidite the removal of liquor and it’s side effects out of a human body?

today I was REALLY thirsty and dranks lots of water and milk except the problem is that this was while i was gulping down food. how can i rid the fullness/indigestion and help the digestion?? (Any convenient foods or tricks??)

does gum help? oh and good exercise tip but i already exercised today and i am so soar and that’s probably why i’m so thirsty!!!

I need to make a creative story for my biology class in which food takes a trip through the digestion system. I need help thinking of names for the places throughout the digestive system. (ex: Mouth Rushmore)
