What foods should you eat if you have diarrhea? What should you drink?

I have gastritis and I’m taking prevacid 30 mg prescribed. I had this since last fri but diarrhea started yesterday . And diarrhea is back today, how can I stop diarrhea or slow it down naturally? Please help, I am drinking Gatorade as we speak .

I’m 35 weeks and have had preterm labor stopped already. 2 days ago I lost my mucus plug. About the same time I started getting diarrhea. What does this mean?

Both of my parents have some type of stomach flu and bad diarrhea. My dad has had it for 4-5 days, it’s miserable for him. He has hunger pains mixed with basic abdomen pains regarding diarrhea. I was wondering if there is any food he can eat that won’t give him diarrhea? He needs to continue feeding his body nutrients so that he can recover, but it’s hard to when every time that you eat, it goes right through you.
