Does anyone know any sites or recipes for Crohn’s and Celiac disease?!?!?!?!

Well I noticed that if you have abdominal pain in your stomach, it is a symptom of Crohn’s Disease. I don’t have abdominal pain or any of the other symptoms of Crohn’s Disease except that my stomach feels weird and it feels empty. Please help

Crohn’s Disease is a chronic, inflammatory condition of the intestinal tract that can cause diarrhea, stomach pain, joint pain and fatigue. Many people with Crohn’s are women of childbearing age. It used to be that these women were warned that pregnancy could make the disease much worse, and some avoided having children. But now, newer medications mean that many women with Crohn’s don’t need to fear pregnancy for themselves or for their babies.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s several years ago, but havent had any flares in years…..when can I expect another? Perhaps I don’t really have it?
