I only get the diarrhea like three or four times a day, and other than that I get pain in various places in my lower abdomen area and on my sides. Would I really need to take medication? I do not have insurance, and am wondering is this problem would get worse if I don’t go and get it?
Could I just manage it by avoiding the things that irritate it?

I going to have Surgery soon (in about a month or two) and i was wondering how much better do you feel after Surgery?
Its hard for me to gain weight right now and im hoping surgery will help?

I have a very mild case but its near small intestine.

I can’t find any distinct causes of this disease and I have just recently been diagnosed and put on a strong steroid, in fact I cant find much information at all about this disease. Links for information would be greatly appreciated thanks.
