For some reason I have bloating and gas and it makes my stomach hurt. I’ve had it for the past few days and it won’t go away. What can I do to get rid of it? Are there any exercises/stretches to do? What should I eat?

I’ve been abusing laxatives for about 2 weeks. It’s bad for your health so I’ve stopped using them. But now I get BLOATED easily and sometimes it even looks like I’m pregnant! And my weight is increasing too!!! This is extremely frustrating as I used to have a flat tummy. I know it’s part of recovery but how long will it take? Can I get rid of bloating before new year?

I’ve just recovered from anorexia but my body is still in starvation mode. Please please please help me~

I have two jobs and attend college. I barely have time for myself. This month I need to go shopping for winter clothes and the only time I managed to have off I will be bkloated because of my period. I would like to go shopping and not bee bloated because it may affect my choices and sizing. Will diuretics help reduce that bloating? Is there any you recommend over the counter? Or is there any other solution?
