bloating feels like you atee soo much but you actually did eat that much.. It seeems like you will throw up anymoment..and you seem stuffed.
You feel full and your stomach is usually distended. When it’s coupled with constipation, it can make you very uncomfortable. Try laying down on your right side and loosen any clothing you have around your waist.
Bloating when pregnant for me is just like it is when I am not pregnant. RE heartburn – talk to your LMC, there are plenty of things you can take to ease it. I find Titrilac great, you can also take gaviscon. In the meantime, a glass of milk may help, and sleep with an extra pillow so you are slightly raised. Avoid fatty or spicy foods, as well as fizzy or acidic drinks, as they can make it worse.
