What can I do about indigestion and bloating when pregnant?
I am 6 weeks pregnant and my stomach is very bloated. I also have indigestion which makes me feel like having to burp constantly. A small or big burp would relieve me for a while but then I would feel like I need to do it again. anyone else experience this and what helped you?
Different things help different people. You might just have to find what works for you. For me it was chocolate milk. Regular milk worked fine but I don’t like it that’s why it was chocolate. For my best friend it is pinapple. So good luck!
It’s all normal. As for the bloating, try drinking more water and cut down on your salt intake and see if that helps. It might not, but it’s worth a shot. As for the indigestion, if it isn’t heartburn, there’s really little you can do. As you get farther along in the pregnancy, you’ll wish you had the burping and bloating back, because it’s much less uncomfortable.
