What can cause lower abdominal bloating after very little eating/drinking?
I have noticed that my lower belly bloats up significantly after even having just a couple sips of water, milk or juice. It gets bigger, feels full and hard. It also bloats up after I eat anything, no matter what the size of the meal is. What can cause this weird instant bloating and how can I get rid of it?
well, i am guessing your skinny. When people are skinny when they eat or drink you can visibly see their stomach getting bigger, and this is what is happening to you. there i sreally no way to stop it, except go to the bathroom. maybe taking laxatives would help also !
Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many people would state impossible, but I melted away 2 inches from my waistline by following the instruction on the web resource in the box below. Give it a try, their advice is very down to earth!
Maybe you have constipation? Bloating is also very common in women at the time of menstruation, or as part of a premenstrual stress disorder.
Whatever, the cause is , try not to eat so called gassy foods like Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Beans, very greasy food…
At the end bloating can be caused by swallowing air while eating. If that is the case slow down when eating, don’t slurp drinks, and don’t talk while chewing.
Hope it helps
