What are the causes of lower right abdominal pain?
I don’t have appendicitis, doesn’t run in my family and already had that checked, so I’m puzzled. Its been there for a good 4 months now. It’s dull, and only gets worse if I eat sugary foods. The pain used to be lower then that but moved up a little. It almost feels like a whole is in my stomach.
You have pressure on the nerves going to your stomach to make it add more acid for digestion and without anything to digest it burns your stomach. That pressure on the nerves happens when you have tight muscles in your back for they can press on the nerves for the organs as they leave the spine. to get rid of the pains you have to release the muscles in your back to get the pressure off the nerves. Here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
have you had you gallbladder checked go and see if the docs will do an ultrsound on you that might show up sometthing
