Abdominal pain immediately after taking birth control pill?
Right after I take my birth control pill I start having lower abdominal pain. I read the side-effects and whatnot recently, so I’m wondering whether it’s real pain or just paranoia? Has anybody been having effects like this?
Oh, yes, and that’s the other thing-I’m not sexually active, so I can’t be pregnant. I’m taking birth control to regulate my periods.
Last thing-it doesn’t last for very long, maybe ten minutes at most. And it’s not very strong. And it only happens immediately after taking the pill.
It’s realy pain. It takes 3 months for your body to get used to the hormones so you will have this pain for about 3 months.
that sounds like a somewhat normal side affect. especialy if you are on it to regulate your period. but its always good to document these things with your doctor so they know whats going on. but im sure you will be fine.
