Abdominal pain?
about once a month, between periods, I get sudden very painful cramping in my abdomen. It doesn’t feel like gas pain, more like labor pain, but I’m not pregnant. Sometimes it hurts so bad I can barely move, but it only lasts a few minutes, one day a month. Would anyone have an idea as to what it could be?
Its when you ovulate.
When the actual egg passes down through the fallopian tube and into the uterus for the sperm (if they are present).
no idea

Could Be Kidney Stones?
Lactose intolerance? Less likely, being that you only get it once a month. But if you only consume large amounts of dairy once a month…
Monitor what you ate the day it happens. Track it and see if it is alot of dairy. Lactose intolerance can feel like cramps or someone pinching your intenstines (among other foul things going on.)
Gosh, it could be a number of things. Do you hold your urine for a long time if you have to pee? Or you could have something but you should really go to the doctor and find out what it could be. Because if it happens every month then its something serious. Even if it only happens for a few minutes I would go get it checked out. Jackie from Texas
if it is every month and you are not on your period, it is probably you ovulating, it can be painful,
normally for me it feels like a pinching in my stomach, and it goes away, the pain is caused from an egg bursting through your ovaries, hope this helps,
