This morning I woke up with really bad lower stomach pain. It started about 9:00 this morning. So I called my friend Aja to see if she could take me to be seen. I called the Hospital and spoke with L&D they advised me to come in. Aja picked me up and we headed to the hospital. After being checked in they sent me upstairs to be monitored. It was nice to hear the baby’s heart beat/rate to make sure she was doing okay. After about an hour or so the nurse came into the room said she spoke with my OB Dr. and he said I need to go back down stairs to emergency to be seen because the baby sounds fine (no contractions which is good) So even though I didnt really want to go back downstairs to wait longer we did. In the ER: After being admitted to the ER the Dr. came in and felt around on my lower stomach. He said he thought it was my appedix or Ovaries. I then told him I do have PCOS. He push all around on my right side. He sent me for an ultra sound and later for an MRI.
