British forces, admired for their infantry skills and professionalism around the world have created the new Infantry Branch School (IBS) in the mountainous outskirts of Kabul in partnership with the Afghan National Army (ANA). The purpose of the school is to teach the ANA the finer points of infantry tactics and support weapons above and beyond their basic training. Based on the similar iconic training facilitates in the UK, the Infantry Battle School in Brecon, Wales and the Support Weapons School in Warminster, Wiltshire, the school is part of a wider initiative by ISAF to set up specialist training facilitates for different elements of the Afghan Army, in the same way that coalition forces operate. A couple months ago I was diagnosed with GERD. It’s killing me. They prescribed me pepcid. Which I am taking twice a day. Plus I have taken every form of zantac and tums. I have even changed my diet to eliminating anything that creates heartburn. I got a sample menu online so I know everything has been eliminate. Nothing is helping. If I lay down, I can use a heating pad, which works as long as I’m laying down using it. Once I get up I’m still in pain. Also burping has been helping. But I have to gulp down water so I can burp, because I don’t have the need to do so. I called the doctor, but can’t get in for another 2 weeks. And the nurse won’t answer any of my questions. I really need some help, as this is making it really hard for me to eat, drink, sleep or even breathe..
i am 21 years old and just had a baby six months. i had really bad heartburn during the pregnancy. let me know if you need more details to help answer the question. thanks for any advice.

Citizen Fish play, ‘Fill Me Up’ at The Star & Garter in Manchester on Tuesday the 5th of August 2008. I am wearing a white t-shirt with the Palestinian Flag on it, if you can make me out I have the biggest smile ever on my face! (It is a pity the quality of my videos is reduced on youtube) Lyrics : Do you know what you are eating? Oh! fill me up with food The stomach’s ringing hunger bells Sometimes anything will do Beware the wind that coke can bring It dries the parts it reaches Cultural deserts carry the can Coke adds life then bleeds it Eat it! Be watching out for indigestion Long time since you touched a cow Farming forms to fit consumption That pain is what you eat, not how Do you know what you are breathing? Oh! fill me up with air The lungs are wringing out the smells For something fresh to wear Cars that fume in queues for more petrol To get to somewhere else to breath Air conditioning through acceptance Extra for the weathermen to read Breath it! As air gains the status of grades Quality recedes as any of it gets praised Will they put it in bottles like they did with the rain? “OxyGenerico” in profit again and again and again What we eat and drink and breathe Filters down through industry Creates our life expectancy Do you know what you are drinking? Oh! fill me up with water All bar the lungs are in on this one Ninety percent and way important Tap on the back says “don’t use tap” Scarcity value or it just tastes crap Privatised and purified Its raining

Billy and his wife Maribel, are jr. high school sweethearts.. so Carlos has known both of them for ever… like since he was poor and a basically a neighborhood thug. Billy was his crime partner…. Billy got locked up a long time ago.. and Carlos made the mistake of having an one night fling with Maribel… while Billy was in jail. Carlos always regretted giving in to this temptation and vowed never to tell Billy of his wrong doing… Maribel held this over Carlos’s head for many years…. well Carlos became SPM and struck it rich. Maribel was trying to blackmail Carlos … telling him that if he didn’t give her some money she would tell Billy of the affair they had… Carlos was and is not the type to take to threats… so he ignored Maribel… months before the accusation that he had sexually assaulted her daughter.. I’ve gone into the ER 3 times this past week, a bunch of tests and physicians visits later (waiting on test results currently) –

I have the following symptoms:
Abdominal swelling (severe, almost 2x as large as normal, look like I’m approximately 6 months pregnant)
Left side abdominal pain/pressure (upper)
Swelling following eating ANYTHING.
Periods of alternating constipation and MULTIPLE bowel movements.
Increased bowel sounds

CT scan preliminary assessment shows enlarged spleen, completely full colon, colon swelling, stomach swelling, liver swelling, size differential in the kidneys, unexplained spots on the left kidney (the smaller one), the liver, the spleen and the descending colon.

My ER bloodwork (now am on bloodwork set # 4, 3 from the ER, now one from the physician) shows elevated AST and ALT levels along with mildly elevated WBC.

I have two more days before my results are put together (blood and CT) and given to me from the physician. I’m wondering what type of GI disorder this fits with. The ER released me with Gastroenteritis..but it doesn’t seem to fit with the primarily left side swelling and pain.

I’m not pregnant, I’m an otherwise healthy 24 year old girl. Onset was very acute, last week Monday and have not regained normalcy since. Presented with tachycardia, mildly elevated temperature, GI symptoms and had numbness in the left side for a week (that’s gone away). I’ve been going between periods of no appetite and increased appetite (especially for sweets which I NEVER have). I usually train 5-7 days / week, exercise very frequently, eat a very balanced diet…have never had any problems in the past, weigh 135, 5 foot 4 (though with the swelling am up to 147 in 10 days…that’s 12lbs!!) and am experiencing absence of menstrual cycle and nausea (not pregnant – serum tests are negative) – late by now 9 days. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
