I have a small bump on the back of my tongue. It hurts when I touch it or swallow. My stepdad said its an ulcer. Is there any kind of cure for it?

I have tried gluten free and dairy free, and they seemed to work, but I didn’t stick to it long enough. I am going to make a dr. appointment, what kind of dr. is best to see? Also, in the meantime what can I do/eat that won’t make me so constipated and gassy? I always have horrible stomache aches and bloating. Does this sound like IBS? Something else?
It’s really bad and I’m not sure if I should take tums or something like that. I’m 8 wks.
