I am 4 weeks pregnant and I am having lower abdominal pain on the right side. Its not cramps like menstrual cramps, its more of a sharp pain when I stand up and laugh or scream at my kids. It never happened with my other two kids. Could this be serious?

My dog has not eaten in two days, his stomach is hard and is unable to have a bowel movement, we tried fleet suppositories, Milk of magnesia, and mineral oil, with very limited results. He has been drinking some water, however he sometimes throws that up. We are planning to take him to the vet in the morning if nothing changes. Can we do anything else to help him go?

i am 6 weeks pregnant and i have went to er twice with pain in my lower right abdomen. i have slight discharge but not blood just a little bit of brown. i have had 2 pelvic, blood work and urine test and all say ok but then why am i having this sometimes severe pain? its off and on and it even hurts when i try to go to the bathroom, laugh or cough.. please help me i do not want to lose my baby
