My boyfriend had a colonoscopy/endoscopy this morning at 9:30. It’s nearly noon now, and I haven’t heard from him. I couldn’t be there because I am out of town with my mother (who is recovering from her own surgery). His mother is with him, but her phone has been turned off. Does it usually take close to two hours?

The Vet has seen him twice, put him on 2 different antibiotics. While taking the antibiotics, the diarrhea subsides, only to return 36 hours after stopping the medication. The puppy is a Rottweiler, about 13 weeks old, and has been tested for Parvo. We’re worried about him because he is on special food that is gentle for the intestinal system as well, though nothing seems to be working.

She’s had it since Thursday evening. We gave her no food from Friday – Saturday, but she still had diarrhea. We fed her this morning but now she’s just had bad diarrhea again. She isn’t her usual self and she is sleeping a lot. She is 7 years old. What do we do?
Yes, I know to take her to the vet – we are taking her tomorrow. For the moment I was just wondering if there was anything we could do to help her since she isn’t seeing the vet until tomorrow.

Will drinking water make it worse or better?

Last week on Tuesday my son woke up and went to the bathroom and had diarrhea and really stinky gas. Today is Saturday, he still has it but now is complaining about bloating and his poo is completely liquid. He says he is feeling well other than the bloating and frequent trips to the bathroom.

I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea for the last 4 days. Is there any connection? Or do I just have a bug of some kind?

I am thin and when I get my period i get extremely bloated! People actually ask if I’m pregnent! I don’t know what to do!!! Help!

Is it common to have mild abdominal pain and cramping during pregnancy with no bleeding? If so what does it feel like?
