My dog has been panting throughout the day (it is not hot at all), and has diarrhea since this morning. The vet told me to keep an eye on her, and if she’s like this still tomorrow, I’m going to take her to the emergency vet hospital. I’m wondering, because she also hasn’t eaten anything, how I can prevent dehydration until tomorrow. Poor thing, she’s so lethargic, she won’t eat or drink anything. (
She’s an almost 2 year old Bichon Frise/Poodle mix, about 12 pounds. She was bad this morning, and then got much better this afternoon, which is why I didn’t take her then. But then she started panting again, and is taking another long nap. I’m really worried about her..
Oh and she hasn’t vomited at all. She’s up to date on all her shots.
No, she’s not trembling at all.. the thing that worried me is the panting because she’s never done that before at a time like this. She’s had diarreah before from too many liver treats, and she’s been lethargic before, but not thiS lethargic.

i passed an almost black tarry stool today and am worried i have in the last 12 months been checked via sigmoidscopy blood tests x-rays as i was having some abdominal pains and various digestive disorders i was diagnosed with mild IBS and spastic colon.they also took a tissue sample all came back fine.

back to today in the last few weeks i have had some pain around my backside and penis and testicals mild but sore and today the first black stool.in the last few days the only things i can think of is i havent been eating well and also have taken some asprins what could be the problem here im 27yr old male smoker.i read asprin if gives u a black stoll says go to casualty but i dont know if that would be over reacting also where i live is totally snowed in so no chance of that happening

My weight is fine but my stomach is so big that I look 5-6 months pregnant. (I’m not pregnant). I’ve had four children. All natural births, no c-sections. My stomach seems to just keep getting bigger. Is it bloating? Am I just out of shape? Or is my fat getting deposited there. How do I know what the problem is?
I just checked. Nothing hard. I’m as squishy as the Philsbury dough boy. Also, when I lay on my back my stomach gets flat as a pancake. If there was cyst I doubt it would flatten out.

My 7 months shih tzu got diarrhea yesterday. It should be over now, but want to know what is safe to give him beside kibbles. I gave him boiled chicken. Anything else? Thanks.

I’ve been informed that, recently, a laxative used to cleanse the colon prior to a colonoscopy was found to cause kidney damage. Since a family member may have used it, I’d like to find out which one it was, and information about it.

My lower abdomen is painful, I can not even walk straight, talk loud or anything that would connect to my abdomen. I have fever of 39.1 degrees celsius, it’s on and off. I took paracetamol and other pain reliever, but it seems there is no effect to my abdominal pain. I am already finished with my monthly period just a week ago.

He is a little boxer. He is healthy otherwise, he has been deworm but it’s been a week since then. I believe the diarrhea is only due to his young sensitive puppy stomach. Is there anything I can feed him to help with this?

I’m in college, and in certain classes I have spastic colon and it makes really loud and embarrassing noises.

I’m pretty sure it’s triggered by anxiety, as it’s not followed up by diarrhea or any of the things attributed with intestinal problems.

I am wondering if I could possible have agoraphobia. I have severe social anxiety every time I leave my apartment, and in classes where I have spastic colon the anxiety is usually caused by a fear that something embarrassing will happen to me–i.e. needing to go to a bathroom and not being able to, saying something stupid, etc. But this anxiety is causing even more embarrassment because my intestines make strange and loud noises during class.

So I guess, a few questions:
* Is it possible I have agoraphobia?
* What’s the difference between agoraphobia and social anxiety?
* How do you prevent your innards from making such weird noises?

If you’re anything but a white, male, non-handicapped heterosexual who was "lucky" enough to have been born into a culture where Christianity was the dominant religion, I don’t understand how the Bible could do anything but GIVE you anxiety.
P.S. Don’t you think that it’s kind of convenient that your religion offers "solutions" to all of my problems. God gave people brains… God wanted people to use them… those people came up with medication. I would take chemo for cancer, not wait for some kind of answer to drop down from the clouds.

What is bloating, what causes bloating, and is bloating temporary? And also is stomach ache a symptom of bloating? I am a 17 year old guy if that makes a difference and need to get more info on this.
