I am going to a water park tomorrow but I just started my period today. Are there any ways to get rid of the bloating and heaviness really fast? I bought a brand new bikini to wear and I want to look good in it! I know I should reduce sodium intake and eat several smaller meals instead of 3 large ones. I felt sick to my stomach Friday afternoon. I thought I hadn’t gotten enough sleep and had gotten to hot. Well my stomach got really bloated and the next day I had diarrhea everytime I turned around. I am having bad abdominal cramping around my belly button. I have IBS and it hurts me to take stuff like imodium so i am looking for some other alternatives without having to go to the doctor. There is a stomach bug going around so i don’t htink this is something serious. I just want to feel better.

I have forgotten the name of this and its driving me nuts and its for a pt dg. It is a disorder where your blood pressure drops out while having a bowel movement because they hit the vagal nerve near the coccyx. Anyone help me out.
